Accor Hotels is one of the largest groups of hotels having a large number or customers. The client was using a third party application to manage its loyalty program. The client wanted to enhance it to make it web based removing the challenges of managing the application over its worldwide hotels.

Challenge: The entire system had to be built, tested and deployed in 2 months.

Our team analysed existing system, proposed refinements and built a web based system to manage its Loyalty Points Redemption and Gift Card Redemption programs. The solution also integrated with various ERP systems from different vendors.

Accor Hotels is one of the largest groups of hotels having a large number or customers. They wanted to revamp their existing website and give it a fresh look. The proposed site would have to be multi lingual and different zones would have different versions of the site.

Challenge: : The site was to be a multi lingual site with different editions for each of their zones (group of countries). The site would also be managed by each zone with work flow processes in place to cater to publishing and approval of content.

Solution: GetAProgrammer provide them with full project management services and programming services. Using opensource technologies, we built for them a powerful CMS system. The CMS was customised to their requirements and was built incorporating the latest AJAX features as well as workflow modules.

The client was a newcomer to online ticketing and wanted a bespoke system which would be flexible.

Challenge: They wanted normal ticketing as well as ability to have whitelabel solutions which their clients could use. The proposed system would have to be capable of running both online as well as in offline mode. The key features required were a. Online Management for Events/Tickets b. Option for Seatmaps c. Offline/Online POS options d. Highly customisable/different layouts e. Whitelabel option .

Solution: GetAProgrammer provide them with full project management services as well as programmers on a seat basis due to the nature of the project. All project management was done through our Sydney offices and programmers based in India. A .NET solution was proposed and built over a period of 12 months. The entire system was built in stages and launched progressively. The solution is now live with more than 10 whitelabel websites as well as 2 main websites customised to the UK and Australian Markets. We also provided them with support systems where we manage the complete activities and any issues which their client face are looked into by us and solved.

The client was one of the leading pharmaceuticals. They had a custom built crm for tracking their medical programs. They wanted enhancements done to it. The original team which had built it was no longer available.

The client was a leading energy distributor in Australia. They have several enterprise solutions in place, at the same time have several smaller applications which still use Excel Spreadsheets and smaller Access databases. The requirement was to integrate different systems into one single module.

Challenge: There was a myriad of smaller applications which needed to be brought under single solution. The application was to run over a large number of different geographical locations. Some would have internet access and some would not have browser access. Also different locations would have different access levels.

Solution: GetAProgrammer provided them with full programming services. They had a dedicated business analyst and we worked with their team to develop an integrated solution which was both desktop and web based. It was also integrated with barcode scanners as well as label printers to print test results. The solution was built using a conjunction of .Net and Oracle Apex with oracle 11g as the database.
